Opportunities Fund for Handicapped People

This Opportunities Fund for Handicapped People supports programs that serve the disabled population. The Fund does not have a separate grant application process. Applications to the Community Grantmaking Fund and the Clarke Endowment Fund are automatically considered for fulfillment from the Opportunities Fund for Handicapped People.
