The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne is pleased to be a resource for scholarship funds. We have worked with many generous donors to make funding available to students to pursue their education. If you need our assistance, please feel free to contact Krista Arnold.

All of the scholarships listed (with a few exceptions) require the applicant to be a resident of Allen County, Indiana.  The scholarship application deadlines vary from one institution to another.

Returning Adult Scholarships

Aboite River Woman's Club Scholarship

  • Female students, 24 years or older, returning to school, attending Ivy Tech Community College

Ballinger, Ann D. Scholarship

  • For adults, 24 years or older, returning to school
  • Must attend an Allen County, Indiana accredited college, university, vocational, or technical school

Anthis, Bill C. Scholarship

  • High School seniors from Fort Wayne Community Schools who plan to attend a public, degree-granting, Indiana college
  • SAT score of 1000 or higher is required, along with ability to make the best use of time and talent in class, extracurricular activities, and work experience

  • Wayne High School Seniors (FWCS) with a class rank of three through ten

  • Allen County high school seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA, pursuing careers in the dental field at IPFW or Indiana University - Bloomington.

  • Tax dependents of Agri Stats Employees. Includes Agri Stats' affiliate companies
  • Students looking to pursue either a 2-year or 4-year under-graduate degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 2.5

  • For residents of Fort Wayne Urban Enterprise Delivery Zone meeting a minimum residency requirement of two years
